Beginning Pilates
Beginning Pilates is designed on focus core muscle groups at a less intense beginning level.
Pilates Mat
Designed to focus on core strength, the muscles in the center of the body that are instrucmental to creating and maintaining good posture and alignment.
Tai Chi
Learn the 24 short form of the Yang Family of Tai Chi. The benefits of the practise of Tai Chi include correcting postural alignment or movement patterns, tension release, reducing the risk of injury and fostering a calm and tranquil mind.
