This class will improve your core strength and balance, with a mix of pilates and yoga.
Aquatic Continuous Training for Weight Loss
We will focus on improving cardiovascular, flexibility, muscle strength training, coordination and balance.
Power Water Walking
Designed for building strength, stamina, flexibility, range of motion, balance, coordination and a cardio workout.
Water Workout
A high energy class for those who want a good aerobic workout.
Water Wellness
Small group class with low-impact exercise, geared for people with chronic pain, arthritis or recovery from an injury.
Aquacise for Active Adults
Come join the fun with the 55+ers. This class works on flexibility, strength, endurance and raising your heart rate. This is a high energy class for those who want a good aerobic workout.
Arthritis Exercise
Exercise program using bouyancy and resistance to improve flexibility while relieving pain and stiffness.
Deep Water Exercise
Full body water aerobic class with no impact to the body. To participate, you should be comfortable in deep water.
Pre and Post-Natal Fitness
A medically approved program for stretching, muscle toning and aerobic activity done in water. Low intensity class. Great opportunity to meet moms to be.
