Group Rates (3 – 4)

$25.00 one half hour session
112.50 package of 5 half hour sessions
200.00 package of 10 half hour sessions

Fit Tip
For more efficient fat-burning consider doing cardio first thing in the morning. Your body is low on stored carbohydrates
then and will tap into fat for energy more readily.
