$60 one hour session

Fitness Camps
Adult and Teen Fitness Camps
The Sherwood YMCA has developed numerous camps to meet the needs of its diverse population.
* All camps run in 5 week sessions
* All camps meet 2x week for 1 hour with a certified Personal Trainer
* A minimum of 4 participants per camp is required
* Camps are considered small group personal training
* Sign up for camps at the Welcome Center or call Katie Grimes at 503.625.9622
Camp Fees
Based on 5-week session
$80 once weekly (space permitting)
$150 twice weekly
$225 Unlimited Boot Camps
$20 Drop in Fee (space permitting)
Fit Tip
For more efficient fat-burning consider doing cardio first thing in the morning. Your body is low on stored carbohydrates
then and will tap into fat for energy more readily.
